Why Branding matters

As a marketing consultant, I’m often asked to help clients with their digital media strategy. Personally, I’m quite partial to digital marketing as I believe that it’s a critical tool for businesses in communicating and engaging with their target audience. However, before starting with any marketing strategy I always go back to the client’s brand. The reason for this is that no matter what marketing strategy you employ, it will only work if supported by a strong and healthy brand.

Your brand is what makes the difference between you and your competitors, in terms of unique value propositions, values, visual identity, tone of voice, internal brand alignment, and much more. This is not just theory, analysis of successful companies proves how important your brand is for the success of your business.
